What Videoburst?
Videoburst is a service that automatically generates new productvideos, that can easily be advertised online in channels such as Youtube. Videos are generated from one or more video templates, created for your company.  

How do I create an account?
To create an account you will need to contact us, either through the form on our website (www.videoburst.se) or by emailing us at info@videoburst.com.

What is a video template? Can I choose the template myself? 
A video template contains images, music, text and other motion element. When you create an account at Videoburst you choose how many video templates you want. The template will feature your logo, font, etc. in order to fit your company profile. You can either choose from our library of video templates, or request a unique template created just for your business.

How are videos generated in Videoburst? 
Videos can be generated in 2 different ways: Automatically or Manually. Your video template can automatically crawl (scan) your website periodically, fetching information about new products to create a video with. Another option is for you to manually tell the app when you want us to crawl your website and create a new video.

How often do I receive new videos?
If you have chosen to automatically generate new videos, then you can choose in the app how often the website should be crawled and a new video generated. You can for ex. choose to receive 2 videos each week, 1 every other week, 1 per month and so on. If you have chosen to manually generate videos then you have to click on the "Create video" button on your video template, for the app to crawl your website and generate a video.  

Can I receive more video templates?
Absolutely! You can see a selection of our video templates on the "Templates" page in the app. If you find one you like then click the "Request this template" button. If you wish to have a unique template for your business, then contact us at info@videoburst.com and we will be in touch.  

Which channels can I share my videos in? 
Your videos can be shared either by downloading the video(s) to share them in social channels for ex., or directly through our own video player. The video player can be pasted into a website, email newsletter or sms message. The advantage with our video player is that it contains direct links to the products in the video inside the player window. A smart marketing tool! 

How do I create a folder with videos?
You first create a folder by navigating to "My videos" > "Folders". You then tap on the "New folder" button, and will then choose a name for the folder and which video(s) to add. If you already have a folder that you want to add a video to then you can either open the folder and tap on "Add new video", or you can find the video you want to add and then tap on the "Add to folder" button in the video window. 


Can I play my videos on big screens? (spellistor och casting)
Absolutely!

What is special about the Videoburst video player? 
It is a unique video player that contains direct links to the products featured in the video, directly inside the window. Det är en helt unik videospelare där direktlänkar till produkterna i videon finns i fönstret. This allows viewers to tap directly on the video on the products they like in order to open its product page where they can purchase the product. A convenient and smart marketing tool!

How do I advertise my videos from Videoburst?
You can easily create an ad campaign for your videos in Videoburst, and reach hundreds of thousands of potential clients through digital platforms such as Youtube. Tap on the "Create campaign" button on the "Campaigns" page. Then fill out the information about your target audience, set a budget and start date, and you're done!  

When can I start viewing statistics for my ad campaigns in Videoburst?
From the time you have created your campaign it usually takes about a week until it is live (ads showing on the chosen platform). Data is collected from the time when it is live, but it may take up to a week before the statistics are shown in the app.  

Why are my campaigns not converting?
This could be due to a number of different reasons. Firstly we recommend giving the campaign 2- 3 weeks of being live before making conclusions about the statistics. This is because it takes some time for the algorithm that places your video ads to learn the best strategy to target the right people (those who convert). Other reasons why your data may not be improving is if your target location or audience demographics are too narrow, or if your budget is too low. Try either increasing your daily budget or including a wider location or audience.

How do I pause a campaign? 
Go either to the dashboard or "Campaigns" and find the statistics box for your campaign. Then tap the pause icon button to pause the campaign. Note that it may take about 1-3 days before the campaign has been paused fully and your video ads are not showing anymore.  

Are the statistics saved if I pause a campaign?
Yes, all statistics that has been collected from a video campaign is saved in the app. You can see the statistics from previous campaigns by filtering by inactive campaigns on the dashboard or the "Campaigns" page.

Can I restart a paused campaign? 
Absolutely! Go to the dashboard or "Campaigns" and choose to view inactive campaigns. Then find the statistics box for the campaign you wish to start and tap the icon to restart the campaign.

How do I invite other to my account?
Navigate to "My Account" and then tap "Users". Here you can view the users that are connected to your account currently, and when tapping the button in the bottom right corner you can add new users. Add a name, email and choose a role for the person you wish to invite. If you are using the web app then an email will be sent out with the invitation, and from the mobile app you can share the invite through Facebook, SMS, WhatsApp and more.  

How do I remove users from my account? 
Navigate to "My account" and then to "Users". Here you can see the users that are connected to your account currently. To remove a user, tap on the trash can icon for that user. If you wish to change their permissions instead you can tap the pen icon to change their role.

How do I delete my account?
Navigate to "My Account" and then tap "Settings". Then click on "Delete my account" and confirm your choice.
